2nd piece of the puzzle is the flexibility with the dispatchers’ team. Our team and the head of the dispatch operations is making sure that every driver gets the best load at the best rate and with comfort delivery window time, making sure you have enough hours on the clock to make the drop, and there are no slowdowns on the route. In case they hold you more than 2 hours on the PU or Delivery point, the clock for detention starts, no time for wasting.
For every cancelled order you get a TONU detention, and for every layover the same game plan, but layovers has never happened before cause we are always on time. Nobody is gonna send you where you don’t wanna go , if there are particular places and cities you want to avoid - they will make sure you stay out of there, if some days you feel tired and you don’t want long run - they will make sure you get a short run for the day, if sometimes you prefer long runs – they will make sure you get a few days transit load. Every load is preplanned by the dispatch team, your DOT clock , the weather conditions, PU and delivery times, road conditions and the most important after YOU give them a Green light on the load.
We haul only General Freight in dry van trailers across the USA, every driver gets assigned with 1 unit and 1 trailer and they keep them all the time.
So, the only thing you will have to do Is open or close the swing doors on the trailer and put on a seal to the freight. Or sometimes to slide the tandems if you have a heavy load on your trailer. That’s it.
We have our parking lot with plenty of space for overnight parking, for leaving the truck when you go home if you live in the Chicago area, or if you need to do some repairs on the truck or trailer we have a 3rd party repair shop partners that gives us very good deals, affordable labor rates, cheap parts and very professional and fast mechanics.
The yard is completely secure, 24h video surveillance cameras, security officers on site, and local sheriff’s department safety checks.
These are target miles for every week for single and team drivers, regardless of the rate on the loads and value of the market if you’re a hard worker you will make good money, these numbers are our goal and has to be done by every driver same as on every dispatcher, they need to keep you busy and you need to run those miles in order to have a good week.
You send in the paperwork every Monday thru Tripak envelopes which we provide for you also, you get your weekly statement every Wednesday, and you get you settlement every Friday by noon directly to your bank account with direct deposit from the company. No delays, no extra paperwork, always on time, every week.
Our team of professionals manages you from load collection through to delivery point. Every activity and consignment is closely and carefully monitored by our team, and we make it our top priority to keep everybody up-to-date.
Every group of drivers have their own dispatcher that manages everything from point A to point B, no exceptions, no exclusions. We are all in this together and we keep It that way.
We value your time on the road, the road is your workspace and the truck is your office, in any time during the day or night, we have available dispatch operator to help in any possible way whether its for HOS, Road conditions, Safety, Road assist, Route directions, Weather conditions, Lumper and weight tickets just name it, you are not alone out there.
After period of 6 months on an open market, hard work and dedication to the company, you’re qualified to be offered a specific dedicated lane of mail or freight delivery, from point A to point B with drop and hook very light loads, by our operations manager.
Based on his evaluation of your skills, commitments and professionalism you will get a chance to pick a dedicated lane if you want.
Safety is top priority in our company, in that direction everybody is responsible for their actions, and also everybody gets bonuses when they deserve them. One of them are the clean inspections, they speak loud for the company’s safety on the road and as a safe carrier on the market.
For every clean inspection you get bonuses accordingly to the level on the inspection done on you and your vehicle, also for every second same level clean inspection in 6 months you get double the bonus for that level. We take care of each other and for every good action we award our drivers.
